Everyone loves a Jeffrey!!

Jan. 3, 2012, Jeff Adkins life changed when a car turned left in front of him while riding his motorcycle to work. He didn’t have time to stop and suffered a T3 spinal cord injury. He is paralyzed from his nipple line down and now requires a wheelchair to get around. He needs the support of his family/friends during this life changing transition. OMG - Home Sweet Home, baby!

Jeff and Amanda packed up their things and headed out west to be a cowboy...oh wait!

Jeff and Amanda did pack up this morning and moved HOME! For good, yes, home sweet home.

We've all been busting at the seams to spill the beans, and now we did.

Last week, Jeff simply asked his occupational therapist what it might take for him to go home...say, Tuesday...and, the next thing you know all the wheels were turning.

Here it is Tuesday and they are home with the puppies and Moms and all is good.

Wish them well in this next chapter as everyone adapts to life at home.

WONDERFUL NEWS!!!!! HAPPY HAPPY day for the Adkins family!!! I bet the puppies are just besides them self, their Mommy and Daddy all in one place!!! I am so happy for you Jeff and Amanda!!!

How awesome...such great news! You can do anything that you set your mind to (as long as Amanda lets you)..Keep moving forward and that positive attitude and determination will take you where you want to go...if Doug can walk on two man-made legs you can certainly lead a great and rewarding life because you have great spirit, attitude, and wonderful loving people all around you to assist when necessary....All the best on a very successful future...

April 11, 2012, Jeff fell backwards in his wheelchair and had to be rushed to the hospital via ambulance. The instant he hit the floor he lost function of his arms and hands. Suffering another major trauma bruising his spinal cord. Fortunately, he didn’t break anything or damage the hardware already in place. This is a MAJOR set back and all of the progress he’s made in the last 3-monts has been lost. He has another big fight ahead of him and he needs to find the strength to do it.
